Started painting

Hi all,

Well, the paint job has started. At least James started with it. It turns out to be a hell of job. We have to wait until there's not so much moisture in my scrap room anymore, otherwise the wood will bent from all the moisture. This means we can't paint in the scrap room and James can only paint in the attic. With so much wood to paint, that's not easy! I just hope the moisture is out of the scrap room soon, so that I can help painting!

Het schilderwerk is begonnen!

Hoi allemaal,

Het schilderwerk is eindelijk begonnen. Om precies te zijn is James ermee begonnen. Het blijkt nog een hele klus te zijn. We moeten in elk geval wachten totdat er niet meer zoveel vocht meer hangt in mijn scrapkamer. Nu hangt er nog zoveel dat het MDF krom zou trekken als we het daar neer zouden zetten. Dit betekent dat we niet in de kamer kunnen schilderen en dat alleen de zolder over blijft om op te schilderen. Gevolg hiervan is nu dat James dus in z'n eentje staat te schilderen. Op de zolder is simpelweg te weinig ruimte om daar met z'n tweeen al die planken te schilderen. Ik hoop dat het vocht snel uit de kamer is, zodat ik ook eindelijk wat kan doen!
