New idea: "What did you scrap this week"-Sunday

Hey all,

While surfing the net and exploring blogs I came across several funny things, like Thursday Thirteen, Friday Five and more things like that. Basically it all comes down to making a list of a few things. Well, I'm pretty good at MAKING list, but actually FOLLOWING them is whole other story. So I thought I could make a list, but not something to follow, but instead about things I've done (like those other lists are). I've decided to call this list: "What did you scrap this week?" And I'll post it every Sunday.
Many lists are based on a certain number (like five or thirteen). This list is not based on such a thing. It's just a list of things I've scrapped. After all, sometimes I'll just have scrapped one or two things and sometimes I may have scrapped a whole lot of things. So it can vary!

Since I'll make this list every Sunday (except when I'm away on a holiday!) I hope this will encourage me (and maybe you?) to scrap more. I do have so many plans for scrapping and it would be a shame if they'd all go to waist, wouldn't it?

So here goes. This week I've scrapped:

  • 24 forum friendship cards with six different designs. I've chosen six different flower photos for the back of the cards. I've stick with the same front. That was a bit easier for me. All I need to do now is add the photos from me. Once I have added those, I'll show you the cards.
  • I've made the schedule for my SAG-album. I want to include a schedule of everything we do that weekend. I was looking for ways to do that. I've finally decided to make a schedule with Corel Paint Shop Pro. And it worked out cool! I've found a very nice font (Pen Tip) which I used and now everything seems very neat when I print it. You can view the schedule here.
  • I've made a description for the "Weather comes to Mind" workshop. I've also done this in Corel. I've used the fonts Pen Tip and Walt Disney Script 1.4. You can view it here

Well, that's it for last week!

You wanna play along? Write your list on your blog and leave a comment here! (If you don't have a blog, you're always welcome to put your list in your comment here!!!)

I'm looking forward to your scrap results! Talk to you later!

Hey Erica,
That's exactly why I did this too. I saw the list on your blog and I really liked the twist you gave it!

Hi Ilse - What a good idea. I added my list to my blog. Maybe if I make it a regular thing, I'll feel like I'm actually accomplishing something, LOL.

Thanks in advance for leaving your comments. I'll try to respond to your e-mail as soon as possible, but I don't always have the time to respond quickly. Don't think I didn't appreciate your comment, though. I highly appreciate it!

If you're using Typekey, please don't press the "Preview" button, instead press the "Post" button. There's still a minor bug in MT which causes the preview to loose the typekey data. If you press post your data will not be lost and your comment will be posted immediately!

(If you haven't left a comment here before, you may need to be approved by the site owner before your comment will appear. Until then, it won't appear on the entry. Thanks for waiting.)
