As a first step in my Weight Loss Challenge, I have decided to keep a "Eating Diary". I'll keep track of everything I eat and drink. This will give me an insight in my eating- and drinking habits. That way I can see where I have to cut back on things.
Seeing the fact I'm dutch, I'll keep this diary in Dutch. All the postings will be in dutch here. Sorry for that.......

My first step in my weight loss challenge
Hey all,
I haven't done much research yet, but I think it's good to keep a "Eating Diary". In this Diary I'll keep track of everything I eat per day. That way I can really get a good picture of what I'm eating and where I need to cut down (besides the candy.......)
I'm starting today with the first entry and I'll try to stick to it to do this everyday. Since it's easier for me to this in Dutch, you'll find the actually diary notes in the Dutch version.
